Once the local municipality has approved your plans, we will supply you with a detailed quotation catering to your specific requirements.

A site meeting with the architect and client is held and proposed timelines for the project are agreed upon and a schedule of works is supplied.

The home is enrolled with the NHBRC before the project commences.

The site is prepared and the boundaries are set up correctly.

Building will commence with regular site meetings and reviews according to the team and clients requirements.

Once your new build is completed, all the necessary compliance certificates are supplied to the client.
